About Me
Hi! I’m Andrew! I am a game designer and writer with a particular interest in the oft-neglected cross section between competitive mechanics and narrative. How does a player's understanding of a game's world and characters help them master a system? How does mastery of that system further their understanding of the game's world and characters? These are the types of questions I like to explore in my games!
I have an MFA in Game Design from the NYU Game Center and a BFA in Written Arts from Bard College. I have been a professional in the industry for over three years, and I am currently a lead game designer at Mokuni.
You can check out some of my professional and academic projects below. You can also check out my itch.io page for some of my other game projects!
